1. First, you have to be a Metro Manila (Philippines) resident. This giveaway is open to all makeup enthusiasts, amateur or professional. As long as you love makeup you are welcome to join!

3. Send me a photo of you wearing your holiday makeup look. You don’t need to use PAC Cosmetics, but if you do, please let me know which product you used.
4. Here are a few ways to send me your entry:

– Facebook page: via Private Message
– Instagram: Post your entry on your instagram account, follow & mention me (@giabeybeh) on the photo and include the following hashtags: #PACPH #PACCOSMETICS #PACXGiaLaluHoliday. Make sure your account is not private so I can see your entries, okay? 🙂
