No, I did not go crazy with my makeup today. In fact, I went back to an old favorite.
The Master Palette by Mario Dedivanovic and Anastasia Beverly Hills. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. This is THE BEST eyeshadow palette ABH has ever come out with. Best colors, best textures, best finishes, everything! Just amazing.
But the real star of my look today is my base. I have been enjoying the Bare Minerals BarePro Foundations, both the liquid and the powder version.
I did not like the liquid version during the warmer months and while it’s still not cold here in North Carolina, it’s definitely not 110 degrees everyday anymore and my skin has definitely noticed.
It goes on the skin so beautifully, I’ve tried this over top of skincare, on top of just primer, on top of a combination of a million other things or just on bare skin.
I have tried applying this with a brush or with beauty sponge, however way you have it on, it’s always beautiful… except that it requires to be set if you have an oilier skin type or if you’re someone who tends to touch your face a lot.
Today, I also used the BarePro pressed powder to set my face (I used the Milk Makeup Blur+Set under the eyes). It doesn’t add any significant coverage, it just gives the skin a light set that doesn’t make you feel like you’re wearing a mask.
