Option 1: “Bright Blue Eyeliner”
Floss and Powi on the eyelids | Bolt as Eyeliner

Option 2: Gradient Pop Art Eyes
Bammi + Powi on the Eyelids | Pout on the inner corner, Sugarlite on the middle to tail of the liner + Sleek felt tip liner + Lots of Mascara! 😀

James Brown on the Crease, Shalamar as Blending Color (from the Sleek Respect Palette) | Dragon Fly eyeshadow on the eyelid. | Roberta Black and Vandellas (from the Sleek Respect Palette)on the inner and outer third of lower lashline, Dragon Fly in the middle.
